My life-long love of fine art coupled with my interest in computers and media made graphic design a natural career path. Since building my first corporate website in 1996, my web design has won numerous awards, including five prestigious Horizon Interactive Awards since 2005. I enjoy the ever-evolving challenge of fusing great design with innovative web technology.

With equal experience in designing print and web marketing collateral, I have worked with a wide range of clients, including visual effects companies, museums and other non-profit organizations, best-selling romance authors, and Silicon Valley start-ups. As Web Manager for Holy Names University, I continue to bring my strong design sense to suit the marketing needs of diverse in-house clientele.

My impressive portfolio includes websites, brochures, newsletters, marketing collateral and signage for clients such as the City of Fairfield, Shorenstein Realty Services, McRoskey Mattress Company, the American Iron and Steel Institute and the City of Emeryville as well as the Oakland International Airport, The Berkshire Museum, Taproot Foundation, IMAX Corporation, and Manex Visual Effects, the Oscar-winning visual effects company behind The Matrix.

I studied oil painting and printmaking as an undergraduate at Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts, and graduated from The School of Visual Arts, New York City, with a bachelor’s of fine arts in Media/Graphic Design.

Just for Fun

In my spare time I find it challenging to put the mouse down: I maintain an award-winning family photo blog chronicling my kids’ latest adventures, and not only keep up with my favorite music blogs, but maintain a popular, award-winning site devoted to Radiohead as well.
